Sociowash in Bengaluru is seeking a smart Copywriter with 2-3 years of experience to craft compelling brand stories across digital channels, adapting tone for social, websites, campaigns and client content while maintaining a crisp, award-worthy voice.

You will collaborate with the strategy and design teams to develop content strategies, ideate campaigns, draft engaging copy, create social calendars, and ensure timely delivery that aligns with brand goals and client briefs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy Research - research the brand, products, competitors, and craft a comprehensive content & communication strategy.
• Ideating and Strategizing - develop core ideas for campaigns and create exceptional copies.
• Creating Social Media monthly calendars.
• Staying aware of industry trends to unlock new opportunities.
• Coordinate with Account Manager to understand client requirements and craft content strategy with the team.
• Discuss ideas with Graphic Designer and deliver creatives within deadlines.
• Mentor junior executives and be a team player.

Requirements

We want a smart and quick-witted Copywriter with experience of 2-3 Year/s, preferably in a creative digital agency.

Writing award-winning copies should come naturally to you.

You should have exceptional creativity running in your veins.

A wide vocabulary at par with Mr. Tharoor, with a memory of Mike Ross and observational skills like that of Sherlock.

Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

We don’t mind you being a grammar pedant who loves using the figure of speech in every possible way.

Should have an understanding of the latest trends and their role in the world of advertising.

What you will do at Sociowash:

Content Strategy Research - Researching about the brand, the products and services, competitors, and creating a comprehensive content & communication strategy for the brand.

Ideating and Strategizing - Coming up with the core idea for campaigns and execution of the same with exceptional copies.

Creating Social Media monthly calendars.

Staying aware of the industry’s latest trends to unlock new opportunities.

Coordinating with the Account Manager for understanding client requirements and accordingly creating the content strategy with your team.

Discussing your ideas with the Graphic Designer and getting a creative made in the set timeline.

Being a team player and mentoring young executives.

May include other duties as assigned.
