Job summary

Sociowash in Delhi seeks a skilled Copy Supervisor with 5-7 years of experience in a creative digital agency to lead copy across campaigns. You will craft compelling copies and guide a growing creative team in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive content strategy, brainstorm ideas with the team, and coordinate with marketing to deliver engaging campaigns on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy Research – study brand, products, competitors, and craft content strategy.
• Ideating and strategizing – develop core ideas for campaigns and execute with strong copies.
• Coordinate with Marketing to align client requirements with content plans.
• Conduct regular brainstorming sessions and share knowledge with the team.
• Allocate tasks and build the right team for each project.
• Plan campaigns and pitches, upsell existing clients, and contribute to new business.
• Mentor and develop the Creative team to achieve ambitious goals.
• Guide and support the team and fill gaps when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• A wide vocabulary at par with Mr. Tharoor, with a memory of Mick Ross and observational skills like that of Sherlock.

• Content Strategy Research - Researching on the brand, the products and services, competitors, and creating a comprehensive content & communication strategy for the brand.
• Ideating and Strategizing - Coming up with the core idea for campaigns and execution of the same with exceptional copies.
• Staying aware of the industry’s latest trends to unlock new opportunities.
• Coordinating with the Marketing team for understanding client requirements and accordingly creating the content strategy with your team.
• Conducting regular brainstorming sessions, dispersing knowledge to the team.
• Allocating tasks by understanding the nature of work and selecting an ideal team member to do it.
• Campaign planning and building for the given set of clients.
• Upselling the existing clients.
• Helping in acquiring new business and working on pitches and new ideas.
• Developing and mentoring the Creative team, making them believe in themselves and achieve the impossible just like Shahrukh in Chak De India.
• Guiding and supporting your team and filling in during the hour of need.
• May include other duties as assigned.
