Job summary

Kinnect in Bengaluru is seeking a Copy Supervisor to lead brand voice, guide teams, and bring strategic thinking to every line of copy. You will elevate campaigns with clear storytelling and a strong point of view.

You will mentor junior writers, ensure tone consistency across formats, and keep content fresh by tracking trends and applying cultural relevance to campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of hands-on copywriting experience across digital, video, social, branded content and campaigns.
• Experience leveraging GenAI tools to brainstorm, refine, and accelerate copy while preserving creativity.
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept to execution while managing timelines and standards.
• Strong client-facing skills with clear, passionate presentation and receptive to feedback.
