Job summary

AMS is seeking a proactive Sourcing professional to support recruiters and hiring managers across the recruitment lifecycle. You will design sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates, source, screen, and engage prospects, and maintain robust talent pools.

You will share profiles with hiring managers and ensure accurate recruitment data across systems. A collaborative, candidate-focused approach and willingness to learn are essential for success in this hybrid role.
