Job summary
Airtificial is seeking a Controls Team Leader Supervisor to oversee the controls function across multiple automation projects. You will supervise Controls Team Leaders and engineers, ensuring technical consistency from design reviews through customer commissioning.
You will plan and allocate resources, establish PLC, HMI and electrical architectures, and review complex control concepts, designs, and software.
Qualifications
- BE or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering.
- Typically 8-12+ years of experience in machine automation.
- Advanced knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, safety PLCs, servos, and industrial communications.
- Experience with multi-project resource and workforce planning.
- Strong troubleshooting, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous responsibility for managing or supervising teams.
- Automotive, OEM, or Tier-1 automation project experience preferred.
