Job summary

The Briminc is seeking an experienced Control-M Administrator to manage and support Control-M environments across Development and Production, including agent administration, upgrades, and automation integration. This IST shift requires strong Linux/Windows admin skills, 6+ years of relevant experience, and familiarity with ServiceNow change management.

You will monitor agents, start/stop services, troubleshoot issues, and handle change requests.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in Control-M batch scheduling and tool administration.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience in 24/5 production support environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Control-M Agents (Dev & Prod).
• Start/Stop services (Agent, EM, Server); enable services in root mode.
• Raise and execute Change Requests via ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot agent/server issues; analyze logs.
• Import/export version reports.
