11. Drive capability development and succession planning through structured training programs, mentoring, and leadership grooming initiatives.
12. Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing, encouraging adoption of best practices, innovation, and digital procurement tools.
13. Partner with HR and leadership teams to support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention of high-caliber procurement professionals.
14. Encourage cross-functional collaboration between Procurement, Projects, QS, Contracts, Finance, Design, and Quality teams to ensure seamless project execution.
15. Foster an environment of ethical conduct, transparency, and integrity in all procurement activities and people interactions.
16. Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews, enabling team members to achieve both individual and organizational objectives.
