You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and onboard engineers for niche engineering roles. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of IT recruitment experience with strong knowledge of Embedded C, C++, RTOS, Linux, ASIC/FPGA, and hardware domains, plus excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
