Job summary

S Raheja Realty is seeking a contracts professional with a strong background in real estate and construction. The role focuses on preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts across construction, MEP, infra, landscaping, and specialized works.

The candidate should hold B.E./B.Tech, LLB, MBA (Contracts/Finance) or equivalent and have experience with cost optimization and compliance with policies and statutory requirements. Proficiency in Excel and ERP tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or law or MBA with focus on contracts/finance and relevant real estate experience.
• Experience drafting and managing contracts for construction, MEP, infra, landscaping, and specialized works.
• Knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (Info4velocity) for commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, negotiate, and administer contracts for construction, MEP, infrastructure, landscaping, and specialized works.
• Ensure contractual compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and project specifications.
• Prepare tender documents, RFQs, RFPs, BOQs, and scope-of-work documents.
• Evaluate contractor claims, variation orders, and change requests.
• Support cost optimization initiatives through effective commercial negotiations.
• Utilize Excel and ERP tools for commercial and contractual activities.

Education

B.E./B.Tech, LLB, MBA (Contracts/Finance), or equivalent qualification with relevant experience in real estate/construction contracts.
