Desire Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Jaipur is seeking a Manager - Contract Management to oversee the complete contract lifecycle for EPC/Infrastructure projects.

The role drafts, reviews, negotiates, and administers contracts, while coordinating with project, procurement, finance, legal and execution teams to protect commercial interests and ensure successful delivery. The candidate will lead contract management activities, manage subcontractors, and handle compliance, renewals, and claims.

Qualifications

• 8-9 years of experience in Sub-Contractor/Contracts Management in water infrastructure
• Leadership experience in contract management teams is desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete contract lifecycle from drafting to closure.
• Prepare, review, and administer client and subcontractor contracts/work orders.
• Process subcontractor bills and ensure timely material reconciliation.
• Review and negotiate contractual terms and conditions.
• Monitor contractual compliance, obligations, and project milestones.
• Handle contract renewals, amendments, extensions, and terminations.
• Support tendering activities, bid evaluation, and contract finalization.
• Review client contracts and prepare contractual correspondence, claims, and notices.
• Manage variation orders, EOT claims, and dispute resolution.
• Identify and mitigate contractual, commercial, and legal risks.
• Evaluate, onboard, and monitor subcontractor and vendor performance.

Job Summary
