Role Summary

The Resource Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of engineers deployed on active projects. This role ensures delivery discipline, resource accountability, and strong working relationships—internally and with partners.

This is a delivery-critical role. Success is measured by predictability, performance, and zero surprises.

Key Responsibilities (Resource & Delivery Management)

• Manage day-to-day operations of deployed engineers across multiple projects
• Ensure clear understanding of scope, timelines, and expectations
• Track allocation, utilization, and availability of resources

Status Tracking & Reporting

• Collect weekly and ad-hoc status updates from resources
• Validate progress against milestones, sprints, and SLAs
• Identify risks early and escalate with clarity and facts

Performance & Accountability

• Monitor technical output, communication quality, and professionalism
• Address underperformance through coaching, alignment, or replacement planning
• Maintain delivery hygiene (timesheets, updates, documentation)

People & Relationship Management

• Build strong rapport with engineers while maintaining accountability
• Act as first point of contact for deployed resources
• Support morale without compromising delivery standards

Technical Understanding

• Possess working knowledge of modern tech stacks to assess delivery quality
• Comfortable with Cloud, Data, DevOps, and AI project environments
• Able to ask the right questions and detect gaps or risks

Internal & Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with Sales, Founders, and Delivery leadership
• Support partner escalations with structured data and insights
• Assist in resource ramp‑up, ramp‑down, or replacement planning

Required Skills & Experience
