Job summary

Golden Opportunities seeks an experienced Manager - Contracts to lead our contract management function in Agra and Prayagraj. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle for commercial and vendor agreements, ensuring timely execution and compliance.

You will draft, review, and negotiate terms, collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations, and implement a centralized repository with milestone tracking and renewals.

Qualifications

• 8 to 15 years of progressive experience in contract management, administration, and negotiation.
• Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial and vendor contracts.
• Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management, legal contract management, and contract compliance.
• Experience with claims management and dispute resolution.
