Job summary

Vertiv in India seeks a Continuous Improvement professional to lead 5S, Kaizen and Lean deployments within Pune operations, driving cost-saving initiatives and governance across projects while supporting the Vertiv Operating System (VOS).The ideal candidate holds BE Electrical or BE Mechanical, 4–5 years in CI/Lean/TPM, with Lean Practitioner or Six Sigma belts preferred; strong communication and training skills are essential to influence at all levels.

Qualifications

• BE Electrical or BE Mechanical is required.
• 4–5 years experience in Continuous Improvement/Lean/TPM/Business Excellence.
• Lean Practitioner, 5S Auditor, or Lean Six Sigma belts preferred.
• PC skills: MS Office, AutoCAD, Minitab.
• Strong communication and training experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead 5S and workplace organization initiatives.
• Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement programs.
• Oversee cost-saving projects and finance governance.
• Lead strategy and transformation projects.
• Provide reporting and governance across processes.
• Manage tier accountability and daily works management.
• Support Vertiv Operating System deployment and sustainment.
• Coordinate Lean implementation initiatives.
