Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a dedicated professional in Thane, Maharashtra, skilled in Continuous Improvement and Lean practices. The role involves managing daily operations, leading cost-saving projects, and supporting the Lean implementation strategy.

The ideal candidate has a BE degree in Electrical or Mechanical and at least 4-5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include sustaining the Vertiv Operating System and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across teams.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years in Continuous Improvement, Lean, TPM, Business Excellence.
• Lean Practitioner certification preferred.
• 5S Auditor Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily works including Tier Accountability.
• Implement Lean strategies.
• Support deployment of Vertiv Operating System.
