Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to manage all AP activities in our India operations. The role covers the full Procure to Pay cycle, imports payments, and inter-company reconciliations. You will leverage Tableau/Power BI for insights and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of AP experience, be proficient with MS Office and Oracle, and demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• M.Com / Inter CA / Inter CMA or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Proficient in Procure to Pay processes and financial reporting.
• Experience handling imports payments, accounting and compliance.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle all Accounts Payable related activities.
• Manage procure-to-pay cycle and inter-company balance reconciliation.
• Prepare import-related reports and MIS; analyze them.
• Perform GL scrutiny and balance sheet movement analysis.
• Utilize Tableau or Power BI for analytics and reporting.

Handling all the Accounts Payable related activities

Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each

• Should have experience in Accounts payable activities
• Good knowledge of Procure to pay cycle
• Handling of Imports payment, accounting and compliance
• Inter Co Balance confirmation & Reconciliation
• Analyzing Balance sheet movement and GL scrutiny and reconciliation
• Preparing import related reports, MIS and analyzing them
• Sound Knowledge of transfer pricing and compliances
• Experience in continuous improvement projects like re-engineering, lean/six sigma, best practices framework, benchmarking, analytics which assure progressive service levels and lower costs
• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI or any other analytical tools

Qualifications

• Education: Full time M.Com. /Inter – CA /Inter CMA
• Experience: 3-5 Years
