Future Market Insights (FMI) is seeking a Content Writer & Editor with strong Quality Control skills to join our content and research team. The role emphasizes researching-driven writing, meticulous editing, and maintaining editorial standards across multiple topics.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of professional experience in content writing, editing, proofreading, or QC, with excellent English, sharp grammar, and an ability to deliver accurate, SEO-friendly content on time from our Pune

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong grammar, vocabulary, sentence construction, and proofreading skills.
• Hands-on experience in content writing and editing.
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused approach.
• Ability to identify grammatical, factual, formatting, and contextual errors.
• Good understanding of SEO-friendly content practices.
• Ability to research topics independently and convert information into clear, structured content.

• Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create well-researched, engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content across multiple industries and topics.
• Write and edit website content, market research-related content, reports, articles, blogs, summaries, and other marketing/editorial materials.
• Edit, proofread, and refine content for grammar, clarity, readability, structure, and consistency.
• Conduct detailed Quality Checks (QC) to ensure content meets internal editorial and quality standards.
• Verify factual accuracy, data consistency, terminology, formatting, and overall content quality.
• Ensure content follows the required tone, style, formatting, and brand guidelines.
• Identify and correct grammatical, factual, structural, and contextual errors before publication.
• Review content prepared by other writers and provide constructive feedback wherever required.
• Ensure content is original, relevant, reader-friendly, and aligned with the intended audience.
• Collaborate with Research Analysts, Consultants, SEO, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Contribute to improving internal content, editing, and QC processes.
