Qualifications

• Strong storytelling, copywriting and communication skills.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Content Writer who can develop engaging, influencer-focused content for our fast-growing D2C brand. The role will involve creating content for influencer collaborations, social media, campaigns, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative content, scripts, captions, hooks and storytelling ideas for influencer collaborations.
• Write engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media and campaign content.
• Create influencer briefs and content guidelines aligned with brand tone and objectives.
• Work closely with the Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Creative and Brand teams.
• Convert product features and USPs into relatable, engaging consumer-focused content.
• Develop creative concepts for influencer campaigns, product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Review and refine influencer scripts/content to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, Gen-Z language and influencer content trends.
• Support content calendars and campaign ideation for D2C marketing.
• Track content performance and use insights to improve future content.

Requirements

• 45 years of experience in Content Writing, Social Media Content, Influencer Marketing or D2C brands.
• Experience in Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, FMCG or Lifestyle is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts and influencer content.
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to write in a creative, conversational and relatable tone.
• Strong understanding of current social media and influencer trends.
• Portfolio showcasing social media/influencer scripts and campaign content is preferred.
