Job summary

Sulekha is seeking a dedicated Content Writer for its ProManage Enterprises - Content Operations in Chennai. You will craft content for our 100+ enterprise clients, including product, service, and business descriptions, plus regular posts on events, offers, and updates.

You will analyze engagement data, follow editorial guidelines, and collaborate with social teams, keyword researchers, and marketing to boost visibility across Google, Bing and AI-powered platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop content for 100+ enterprise customers across product/service/company profiles.
• Collaborate with social management teams to deliver value.
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams including design, keyword research and marketing to deliver value.
• Conduct in-depth industry research to develop original content.
• Develop content for product descriptions, service descriptions, business descriptions, and weekly posts on events/offers/discounts/new launches/updates.
• Assist operations in developing content for Promanage campaigns.
• Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies.
• Edit and polish existing content to ensure value delivery for customers.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO/AEO/GEO best practices to increase traffic.

Job Description & Expectations

We are looking for a dedicated content writer to create content for the 100+ Enterprise customers of Sulekha to achieve tangible business outcomes, which includes product descriptions, services descriptions, business descriptions, and regular weekly posts on events/offers/discounts/new launches/updates, etc. The content writer's responsibilities include evaluating analytics to adjust content as needed and regularly updating these descriptions for all the businesses. The candidate should also be able to follow editorial guidelines when creating content.

The candidate is required to keep abreast of the latest SEO/GEO/AEO techniques and should be able to contribute to the development of strategies that will increase user engagement and deliver value to our customers. He/she will closely work with paid customers of Sulekha to achieve the desired goals of Sulekha.

Pro-Manage Enterprises - Content Operations:

• a. Work on the profile content of all existing and new customers of Sulekha who want to enhance their presence in Google, Bing, and others as we add on.
• b. Work closely with social management teams to deliver customer value, besides working closely with customers
• a. Closely work with the internal and other cross-functional teams, including the central design team, central keyword research team and marketing teams to deliver value.
• b. Conducting in-depth research on industry-related segments in order to develop original content.
• c. Developing content for product descriptions, service descriptions, business descriptions, and regular weekly posts on events/offers/discounts/new launches/updates, etc.
• d. Assisting the operations team in developing content for the Promanage campaigns.
• e. Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
• f. Editing and polishing existing content to ensure value delivery for the customers
• g. Conducting keyword research and using SEO/AEO/GEO best practices to increase traffic to Promanage profiles
• h. Creating compelling Product & Post Titles that will capture the attention of the target audience.
• i. Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the Promanage customer profiles
• j. Developing SEO, AEO, and GEO-optimized content that improves visibility and discoverability across search engines, answer engines, and AI-powered platforms such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
