Job summary

Creators Mela, part of Clyromedia Private Limited, is hiring a Brand Partnerships & Sales Executive to identify brands, initiate high-value conversations, and convert them into recurring retainers. You will pitch creator-led solutions, prepare proposals, and close deals while handover to the account team.

The role focuses on expanding relationships, maintaining the CRM-driven pipeline, and achieving growth through repeat campaigns with leading brands.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, brand partnerships, media sales or agency business development.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort with cold outreach, follow-ups and negotiation.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and influencer marketing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research target brands and agencies across categories.
• Run outreach and pitch meetings to start high-value brand conversations.
• Prepare proposals, creator lists and commercial estimates with the campaign team.
• Negotiate and close deals, and hand over smoothly to account management.
• Grow existing relationships into recurring multi-campaign retainers.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and reporting in the company CRM.
