Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in account management, client servicing, or brand partnerships — agency, creator economy, or marketing background preferred
• Strong content strategy instincts — you can analyze a brand’s goals and independently design a compelling, results-driven content approach
• Background or strong working knowledge of marketing is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with precision and consistency
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — clear, concise, and persuasive across internal and external stakeholders
• Confident and principled — you’re comfortable flagging misalignments in briefs (e.g., “This approach won’t meet the brand’s goals — here’s how we can improve it”) rather than simply relaying instructions
• High ownership mentality — you treat client accounts as if they were your own business, proactively identifying opportunities and mitigating risks
• Familiarity with the influencer/creator marketing ecosystem is a strong plus
• Process-oriented yet adaptable — thrive in fast-paced, low-bureaucracy environments while maintaining quality and consistency
