Madhouse Mafia in Mumbai is seeking a sharp, hungry intern to support our Brands vertical in executing influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end — from creator identification to campaign reporting.

You will gain direct exposure to marquee clients, mentorship from founders and senior leads, and a fast-paced environment with potential for full-time conversion. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in India’s creator-first agency space.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Instagram/YouTube formats and creator economy trends.
• Excellent written communication for briefs, reports, and outreach emails.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and basic design/presentation apps.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and shortlisting creators based on briefs and audience fit.
• Support campaign briefing documents and creator scripts/content guidelines.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and creator submissions.
• Monitor content performance and basic analytics (UTMs where applicable).
• Compile wrap-up reports and case studies for campaigns.
• Assist with day-to-day coordination between brand POCs, creators, and managers.
• Support outreach and research for new brand partnerships and onboarding.

Role Overview

We're looking for a sharp, hungry intern to support our Brands vertical in executing influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end — from creator identification to campaign reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and shortlisting creators based on brand briefs (niche fit, engagement quality, audience demographics)
• Support campaign briefing documents and creator scripts/content guidelines
• Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and creator submissions
• Monitor content performance (views, engagement, UTM/conversion tracking where applicable)
• Compile campaign wrap-up reports and case studies
• Assist with day-to-day coordination between brand POCs, creators, and internal account managers
• Support outreach and research for new brand partnerships and creator onboarding
• Stay updated on platform trends (Instagram, YouTube) and competitor campaigns

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram/YouTube content formats and creator economy trends
• Excellent written communication skills (briefs, reports, outreach emails)
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; PowerPoint/Canva is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Genuine interest in the influencer marketing/creator economy space
