Job summary

Madhouse Mafia, a creator-first influencer marketing studio, seeks an intern to support our Brands vertical in executing end-to-end campaigns in India. You will identify creators, assist with briefs, and help with reporting and optimization.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Instagram/YouTube content formats and creator economy trends.
• Excellent written communication skills (briefs, reports, outreach emails).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; PowerPoint/Canva is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Genuine interest in the influencer marketing/creator economy space.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and shortlisting creators based on brand briefs (niche fit, engagement quality, audience demographics).
• Support campaign briefing documents and creator scripts/content guidelines.
• Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and creator submissions.
• Monitor content performance (views, engagement, UTM/conversion tracking where applicable).
• Compile campaign wrap-up reports and case studies.
• Assist with day-to-day coordination between brand POCs, creators, and internal account managers.
• Support outreach and research for new brand partnerships and creator onboarding.
• Stay updated on platform trends (Instagram, YouTube) and competitor campaigns.

We're looking for a sharp, hungry intern to support our Brands vertical in executing influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end - from creator identification to campaign reporting.
