That Other Agency in Bangalore is seeking a Content Strategist for an on-site role. You will plan monthly content strategies, write scripts, and brief editors while staying involved in shoots to ensure the content meets brand goals.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience, a sharp eye for trends, and a proven ability to build engaging social content. JP Nagar on-site with a 6-day week is required.

Content Strategist | Work From Office - Bangalore

2-4 years of experience | 6-day work week | JP Nagar, on-site

If you’ve ever looked at a brand’s page and known exactly how you’d grow it, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan monthly content strategy for brands, our own IPs like What The Bengaluru, and TOA’s agency content
• Write scripts, hooks and captions that keep people watching
• Brief the editing team on your vision for every video
• Be part of shoots and get what the content needs
• Manage the content calendar and posting
• Track what’s working, and keep trying new things

Who You Are:

• You love organic content and want to build social presence that grows fast
• You live on social media and know what’s happening, what’s trending and what just changed
• You’re a strong storyteller who writes scripts people can’t scroll past
• You know what works and what doesn’t, and you act on it without being told
• You have 2-4 years of experience and can show us your work

Bonus:

• Agency experience
• Familiarity with Bangalore’s culture and online conversations
• Ability to speak or write Kannada

The Real Talk
