About the Role

This is a work‑from‑office position at our JP Nagar, Bangalore office, and it's a 6‑day work week. If this works for you, let's talk.

We need a fast‑paced social media video editor who gets it. Someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, stay hooked, and actually watch till the end. You'll be editing content for Instagram and YouTube—reels, shorts, and long‑form videos that perform.

Bonus

Know Kannada and understand the OG Bengaluru culture.

Right Fit

• Fast — you don't take 2 days to finish a reel (unless it's needed)
• Understand hooks, pacing, interruptions, and visual storytelling
• Know what content works on social media (you spend time on Instagram/YouTube and get why certain videos blow up)
• Skilled in Premiere Pro/FCP and After Effects
• Have a strong sense of timing, cuts, and keeping audiences engaged
• Notice small details that make a video land
• Talented and skilled — that's what we care about, not years of experience
