Job summary

VARITE is hiring a Content Specialist to create and manage enablement content, executive messaging, and sales collateral from Bangalore, Karnataka. This onsite contract role requires 5+ years of experience in technology-focused content and strong storytelling across multi-channel formats.

You will work with global teams to deliver high-quality materials, including PowerPoint decks, webpages, social posts, and videos, while leveraging analytics to improve program impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content creation, go-to-market, enablement, marketing, program management, or a related technology-focused role.
• Strong storytelling and content-development skills across presentations, sales materials, training assets, customer narratives, and executive communications.
• Hands-on experience with video creation/editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Camtasia).
• Experience in web content creation using Microsoft SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver content for enablement programs and go-to-market initiatives (workshops, webinars, newsletters, playbooks, and training materials).
• Develop executive messaging, sales collateral, customer success stories, and content for strategic initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional programs and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a global environment.
• Develop digital content including PowerPoint presentations, webpages, social media posts, and videos.
• Create engaging content to support sales enablement, executive communications, events, and internal programs.
• Work with business, technology, marketing, sales, and leadership to understand requirements and deliver high-quality content.
• Use data/analytics to evaluate content/program performance and identify improvement opportunities.

• 5+ years of experience in content creation, go-to-market, enablement, marketing, program management, or a related technology-focused role.
• Good understanding of cloud and enterprise technologies, including:

• Exceptional storytelling and content-development skills across:

• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, including the ability to use data and analytics to assess performance and improve programs.
• Hands-on experience with video creation and editing using tools such as:

  • Similar video editing tools
• Experience in webpage design and content creation using Microsoft SharePoint.
• Ability to create engaging short-form and long-form videos for enablement, executive communications, events, and customer storytelling.
