The role demands 5–15 years of experience in MSP/contract staffing, with strong negotiation and advisory skills. This on-site position requires day shifts and a focus on client satisfaction and growth in the Indian market.

Qualifications

• Relevant 5 years experience in MSP Operations.
• 8–12 years in Contingent/Contract Staffing with MSP experience.
• Experience with Timesheet, Payroll Management, Payables.
• Experience in rate/contract negotiation and extensions.
• Trusted advisor with consulting skills and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to deliver in a high-touch client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MSP account from new requisitions to onboarding.
• Support monthly payroll cycles and contract negotiations.
• Develop commercial awareness and growth opportunities.
• Engage tier two providers to deliver recruitment campaigns.

About The Job:

Based on-site at our clients offices in Chennai, you will provide recruitment solutions across a range of roles and locations within India. As an integral member of our high performing team, you will deliver services by way of an innovative recruitment model; engaging with key stakeholders and working with our India Sourcing entre (SC), Vendors / Suppliers and colleagues to source the best candidates for the business

Essential Job Functions:

• Overseeing, planning, directing, and controlling all phases of an MSP account from New Requisitions till Onboarding
• Support Monthly payroll cycles, Rate/contract negotiation, contract extension
• Develop a strong commercial awareness and identify growth opportunities
• Engage with several tier two providers to ensure the successful delivery of recruitment campaigns
• Support
• Stay abreast of leading trends and best practices and use this knowledge to update the client and make recommendations
• Maximize use of VMS participating in sales presentations, participating in QBRs (Quality Business Reviews), and supporting ad hoc requests
• Responsible for continuously mentoring the team to achieve organizations objectives and goals

Qualifications:

• Relevant 5 years experience in MSP Operations
• Overall experience of 8 to 12 years’ experience in Contingent / Contract Staffing along with experience in MSP
• Relevant experience in Timesheet, Payroll Management, Payables etc
• Relevant experience in Rate/contract negotiation and contract extension
• Be a trusted advisor who demonstrates high level consulting skills, professionalism, commercial acumen, and credibility
• Proven ability to achieve positive outcomes in a high touch client facing environment and be confident communicating with key stakeholders on internal and external market factors with the expertise to deliver, engage and build relationships
