Job summary

VARITE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED in Noida is hiring for Production/Application Support plus Front End Development. The role requires 3+ years of experience and involves hybrid work with night shifts (8 PM–7 AM IST).

You will provide technical support, log cases, validate bug reports, and educate customers on Digital Marketing products. Responsibilities include owning cases, collaborating with global teams, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining documentation and resolving issues across Adobe

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of HTML, JavaScript, Perl, Web 2.0, and web services.
• Knowledge of Internet and Digital Marketing concepts, Mobile, DTM, and Tag Management.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Experience with data insertion and reporting APIs, SOAP, REST, and PHP.
• Knowledge of mobile and video programming solutions.
• Experience with Tag Management tools.
• Desirable Adobe Solutions like Adobe Campaign, Experience Platform, Target, or Analytics.
• General knowledge of working with Google, Tealium, Salesforce, and Pega technologies.
• Experience or exposure to digital marketing, CRO, analytics, decisioning, campaign planning, creative, and UX.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via telephone and email, logging all interactions in cases.
• Work night shifts 9-hour, 8 PM to 7 AM IST, with no rotations.
• Participate in weekend/holiday coverage on a rotational basis.
• Validate and report customer-submitted product bug reports with precision.
• Educate customers on use of Digital Marketing products.
• Handle projects and complete within stated timelines.
• Fully own cases and contribute to global teams.
• Identify trends and communicate issues promptly.
• Support scalable software solutions for Adobe's largest customers.

• Provide technical support via telephone and email, thoroughly logging all interactions in respective support cases.
• Work night shifts without rotations, with a 9-hour shift ranging from 8 PM to 7 AM IST.

Essential Job Functions

• Knowledge of Internet and Digital Marketing concepts, Mobile, DTM, and Tag Management.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Experience with data insertion and reporting APIs, SOAP, REST, and PHP.
• Knowledge of mobile and video programming solutions.
• Experience with Tag Management tools.
• Desirable experience with Adobe Solutions such as Adobe Experience Platform, Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, or other web analytics and optimization tools within or outside the Adobe Marketing Cloud.
• Demonstrable ability to diagnose and resolve complex analytic implementation issues.
• Practical understanding of jQuery, AngularJS, and any JavaScript framework.
• Working knowledge of APIs (Application Programming Interfaces).
• Ability to identify, research, and quantify business problems using statistical analysis on large datasets.
• Evidence of leading multi-platform Adobe solutions as a product owner, technical client service lead, or solution consultant.
• Adobe Experience Cloud tool certification in Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, or Adobe Analytics is desirable.
• General knowledge of working with Google, Tealium, Salesforce, and Pega technologies.
• Experience or exposure to digital marketing, CRO, digital analytics, decisioning, campaign planning, creative, and UX disciplines.
