Responsibilities

• Define messaging direction across Contact Center, ETSLabs, QEval, and leadership accounts.
• Guide podcast topics, editorial priorities, and how Etech positions itself in the CX and AI conversation.

Content-Led Demand Generation

• Align content with recruitment campaigns, webinars, and events to support hiring and participation goals
• Ensure content contributes to broader inbound demand and business pipeline across service lines
• Oversee execution across social platforms, YouTube, podcasts, and the website.
• Maintain a unified narrative adapted for each channel.

Podcast & Media Engine

• End-to-end ownership: topic direction, recording coordination, publishing, and distribution.
• Ensure every episode has a structured promotion plan across channels.

Leadership Branding

• Manage and scale 7-8 executive accounts.
• Translate business priorities into consistent thought leadership that builds visibility and earns trust.

Campaign & Event Marketing

• Lead content and promotion for webinars and external events (CCW, Call Center Campus, etc.).
• Ensure alignment across social media, leadership accounts, email, and supporting materials.
• Lead a team of content and social specialists.
• Define ownership, review output, and maintain quality standards.
• Build systems where execution is distributed and doesn't rely on constant intervention.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience across content marketing, social media marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing
• Strong experience managing multi-channel content ecosystems including social media, podcasts, YouTube, newsletters, leadership accounts, webinars, and events
• Experience leading or coordinating teams and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Strong understanding of content-led demand generation, campaign planning, and brand positioning
• Working understanding of paid media, funnels, and performance marketing alignment
