Qualifications

• 2–3 years in content marketing or a related role.
• Excellent writing, research and communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of content strategy, SEO, AEO/GEO and social media.
• Experience creating content for websites, blogs and social platforms, esp. LinkedIn.
• Analytical mindset with ability to apply performance insights.
• Creativity, initiative and ownership from planning to execution.
• B2B marketing, eCommerce, SaaS or tech exposure is a plus.

Please note: this is a writing‑led role. Video, design, and ad management aren’t what we’re hiring for.

What You’ll Do

• Content Strategy & Creation: Develop engaging website content, blogs, landing pages, case studies, and marketing materials aligned with business goals.
• Social Media Marketing: Plan and create compelling content for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.
• SEO, AEO & GEO: Improve organic visibility through SEO, content optimisation, and AEO/GEO practices.
• Lead Generation: Create content that addresses potential clients’ challenges, communicates our expertise, and supports business development.
• Research & Insights: Identify industry trends, audience needs, and competitor strategies to uncover valuable content opportunities.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor organic traffic, search visibility, social media engagement, and leads to continuously improve results.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Collaborate with design, development, and business teams to create effective, engaging, and impactful content.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in content marketing or a related role.
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills. Strong writing is the core requirement.
• A good understanding of content strategy, SEO, AEO/GEO, and social media marketing.
• Experience creating content for websites, blogs, and social media, particularly LinkedIn.
• An analytical mindset and the ability to use performance insights to improve results.
• Creativity, initiative, and ownership from planning through execution.
• Experience in B2B marketing, eCommerce, SaaS, or technology is a plus.
