Job summary

Contentninja is seeking a Content Manager in India to expand our digital footprint with blogs, white papers, product descriptions, social content and web copy.

You will lead multi-platform content creation, manage deadlines, and collaborate with marketing, design and CRO teams to drive engagement and leads.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Content Writer, copywriter or similar role.
• Portfolio of published articles.
• Experience with multiple information sources for research.
• Experience using project management tools (Asana/ClickUp/Notion).
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
• Hands-on CMS experience (WordPress).
• Understanding of content marketing and digital strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create concise, eye-catching headlines and body copy.
• Build relationships with B2B clients and ensure engagement.
• Brainstorm with team for new ideas and strategies.
• Lead with content, design, marketing, and CRO teams.
• Research markets to create original content.
• Collaborate with campaign managers, creatives, and designers.

• Identify customer needs and gaps; suggest new topics.

Job description

We are on the lookout for a talented Content Manager to create compelling blog posts, white papers, product descriptions, social media content and web copy. We’re looking for someone who can expand our digital footprint and drive more value through online content. You should have had a proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement and drive leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material.

Your responsibilities:

• Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, ensuring high satisfaction, engagement, and retention .
• Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with the team for new ideas and strategies
• Lead and collaborate with content, design, marketing, and CRO teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and measurable results
• Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original
• Collaborating with campaign managers, creative team, and designers
• Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, case studies, guides, white papers, etc.)
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Edit content produced by other members of the team

Skill sets/Experience we require:

• Proven work experience of at least 2 years as a Content Writer, copywriter or similar role
• Portfolio of published articles
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Notion , or similar platforms.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
• Ability to meet deadlines and Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong understanding of content marketing, design quality, and digital marketing strategies.
