Extramarks in Uttar Pradesh, Dadri, seeks a seasoned Content Production Lead to drive content creation and AI-assisted workflows for academic books and worksheets. You will manage end-to-end production across boards and grades, ensuring high academic standards and consistent output.

You will coordinate with content, illustration, EDP, and QC teams, plan tasks, and build repeatable AI workflows with SOPs to improve efficiency and quality across chapters and books.

Formación

• 3–5 years in leading content production in EdTech/ELearning.
• Hands-on with AI tools and strong prompt-writing skills; Advanced Excel.
• Adobe Suite experience; Illustrator and Photoshop a plus; MathType/LaTeX knowledge is a plus.
• Basic scripting ability (Python, InDesign scripting/GREP) or willingness to learn.

• Research Indian and international curricula, competitor offerings, and learner needs to identify content gaps and opportunities for new products. Manage project execution, including content identification, ingestion, mapping, problem solving and LLM workflows for academic books and worksheets.
• Build and maintain reusable templates and style libraries for different boards and educational segments. Use AI-assisted workflows and scripts to generate, edit, redact, or modify reference materials in accordance with academic standards.
• Lead the creation of new content and the modification of existing assets across boards, grades, and examination segments to meet required academic standards. Convert and restructure content across formats using AI and proprietary tools and software. Design repeatable AI workflows with documented prompts and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency across chapters and books.
• Ensure the quality of every academic deliverable through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to high academic standards across subjects.
• Coordinate with content, illustration, EDP, and QC teams to manage timelines, handoffs, and version control. Demonstrate flexibility in working across subjects beyond your core expertise through the judicious use of AI.
• Plan and complete daily and weekly tasks within agreed timelines, review outputs, and improve productivity, tools, and working standards. Maintain trackers to monitor turnaround times, error rates, and rework.

Required qualifications :

• B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc from STEM Engineering or PCM background, with 3-5 years of experience in leading content production and management process (prefereably in EdTEch/ELearning segment)
• Hands-on with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and good prompt-writing skills, Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas); good working knowledge of excel and other reporting tools. Expertise or Working knowledge in Adobe Suite, Working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop, and of MathType, LaTeX, or equation workflows is a plus.
• Basic scripting ability (Python, InDesign scripting/GREP) or willingness to learn quickly. Strong eye for detail and an understanding of academic accuracy.
