Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in training, instructional design, learning experience design, or content development.
• Proficiency with eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and Vyond.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI and data analysis in Excel.
• Experience with enterprise LMS platforms (Cornerstone/Docebo) and content development.
• Graphic design and multimedia development skills with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end courseware including eLearning modules, ILT materials, simulations, videos, and assessments.
• Create and refine instructional content by translating SME materials into learner-ready training aligned with ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
• Conduct quality reviews to ensure accuracy and standards compliance.
• Maintain content updates, version control, and archival processes.
• Administer and maintain the LMS for a large user base and manage onboarding training end-to-end.
• Coordinate ILT sessions, track attendance, update learner records, and liaise with instructors and learners.
• Provide timely LMS support and ensure data integrity across platforms like SharePoint and content repositories.
• Create reports and dashboards to measure learner engagement and training effectiveness.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled content developer to support a range of training programs and digital learning initiatives. This role will assist in instructional design to enhance e-learning content, analyze learning data, and work closely with key stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of digital learning. This position will also be responsible for managing and delivering new hire onboarding and department specific trainings to employees through the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for learners, instructors, and administrators.

This position works in the Talent Management and Learning COE and reports to the Senior LMS Team Lead who is based in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

E-Learning Development & Instructional Design

• Design and develop end-to-end courseware, including interactive eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, simulations, videos, and assessments aligned with defined learning objectives, using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and similar platforms.
• Create and refine clear, engaging instructional content—including scripts, storyboards, assignments, and assessments—by converting SME-provided content and technical documentation into learner-ready training materials aligned with established learning frameworks such as ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop, implement, and maintain e-learning courses and training materials.
• Conduct rigorous quality reviews of training content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with instructional design and industry standards.
• Maintain and manage content updates, version control, and archival processes to ensure training materials remain current and relevant.

LMS Administration And Support

• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) for a large user base, ensuring smooth operation and a user-friendly experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for global new hires, managing the end-to-end onboarding training process and implementing automation to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate and manage Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions, including scheduling, attendance tracking, learner record updates, and communication with instructors and learners.
• Provide prompt and responsive technical support to learners, instructors, and stakeholders, resolving LMS-related issues.
• Maintain and organize learning content within the LMS, SharePoint, and content repositories and ensure alignment of content structure across sites, programs, and folders
• Monitor enrollments, completions, and system usage metrics for accuracy and to ensure data integrity within the LMS.

Reporting & Analytics

• Create detailed reports and dashboards to measure learner engagement, track course completions, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Assist with compliance tracking and meet regulatory reporting obligations through accurate data analysis and documentation.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning technologies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating learner feedback and performance data to introduce creative and innovative solutions that enhance engagement and optimize the overall learning experience.

• Familiarity with e-learning standards including SCORM and xAPI.
• Proficient in data analysis and report generation using Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with enterprise learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms (i.e. Cornerstone, Docebo).
• Strong graphic design and multimedia development skills, supported by hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools, are highly desirable.
• Proficient in writing clear and engaging instructional content, including copy, video/audio scripts, and learning materials.
• Ability to develop storyboards and design visual layouts for instructional content and user interfaces.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the globe.
