Job description

We are looking for a creative, dedicated individual to join our team as a content developer.

The responsibilities of the content developer include creating original content, researching, preparing, writing, and editing content for marketing, courses, and eLearning. They are involved in the writing of blog posts, static copy, courses, and developing slides and video scripts.

Content Developer Responsibilities

Marketing Content

• Collaborating with other departments and team members to come up with ideas & brainstorm subjects for creative content.
• Creating unique, simple-to-understand, and user-friendly content using good SEO techniques.
• Writing new web content and editing existing content.

Learning Content

• Creating product brochures/outlines for sales teams in collaboration with the Product Director.
• Customizing proposals for sales teams.
• Developing new course material based on client needs.
• Enriching content for eLearning publication.

General Responsibilities

• Researching topics (client requests, trends) to create content for learning & marketing.
• Editing and proofreading new content before publication.
• Analyzing performance indicators (e.g. web traffic, class feedback) and determining the effectiveness of created content.

Training period: 6 months of full-time employment.

Content Developer Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to research, write and edit intellectual content.
