Job summary

Kraft Concept Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks a creator who can ideate, shoot, and edit daily, turning trends into episodic storytelling that builds culture for clients.

You’ll work with an art director and copy team, host or shoot on camera as needed, and push the boundaries of short-form formats across Reels, Shorts, and TikToks.

This is not a "Social Media Executive" role where you schedule posts. This is a role for a Creator.

You are a one-person production crew. You understand that in 2025, the most powerful camera is the one in your pocket. You don't wait for "big budgets"; you use speed, trends, and native storytelling to hack attention.

You are the face and hands of our "Feed Hygiene." You ensure our clients aren't just posting "content," but creating culture.

What You'll Do - The Bridge:

The "Now":

Ideate, Shoot, and Edit high-quality short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) daily.

Be "chronically online" (in a good way). Spot trends, audio, and formats before they peak and adapt them for our clients.

Work with the Art Director and Copy team to bring big campaigns to life on the small screen.

Be comfortable both behind the camera (shooting product/lifestyle) and on camera (hosting/acting) if needed.

The "Future":

You are building the "Media Brand." You will move our clients away from "salesy ads" toward "episodic storytelling" that builds a loyal tribe.

You will experiment with new formats to find the "winning signals" that train the algorithms to favor our brand.

Core Skills & Tools (The Toolkit):

Shooting: Expert-level mobile videography (iPhone/Android). You know lighting, framing, and transitions like the back of your hand. (Basic DSLR/Mirrorless knowledge is a plus, but not required).

Editing: Speed is key. Mastery of mobile editing apps is a must (CapCut, VN, InShot) and familiarity with desktop tools (Premiere Pro) is a bonus.

Platform Native: You understand the nuances of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn Video. You know why a hook works and why a video flops.

Copywriting: You can write sharp captions, on-screen text, and video scripts that hook attention in the first 3 seconds.

Design: Basic eye for aesthetics to ensure your thumbnails and cover images are click-worthy (using Canva or similar).
