Responsibilities

• Shoot on phone, cut in CapCut or InShot, write the caption, and ship.
• Build content calendars that balance planned posts with reactive moments.
• Bring fresh ideas, references, and formats into every planning conversation.
• Support day-to-day management of client social media accounts.
• Post, engage in comments, reply to DMs, and keep the community alive.
• Track post performance and learn what's working and why.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and content creators to keep the calendar moving.

About the Role

You will be involved in ideating, shooting, editing, writing, and publishing content across live brand accounts, while learning the fundamentals of platform-first content pacing, hooks, formats, and creative direction.
