Sitting at the intersection of creative video production, rapid editing, and growth marketing, you will script, shoot, edit, and distribute scroll-stopping short-form reels that captivate tech founders, showcase our cutting-edge AI and software developments, and convert organic attention into qualified B2B client pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, script, shoot, and rapidly edit high-retention vertical reels and shorts for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Research viral tech trends, meme frameworks, audio hooks, and visual formats, engineering high-retention hooks in the first 3 seconds.
• Produce creative video variations for paid growth campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google video funnels.
• Collaborate directly with our senior software engineers, founders, and UI/UX designers to translate complex engineering breakthroughs into punchy, viral micro-content.
• Operate smartphone camera rigs, wireless lavalier audio systems, and studio lighting setups for studio interviews and office showcases.
• Analyze video analytics (retention curve, completion rates, shares, saves, and conversion CTR) to double-down on winning creative angles.
• Set up growth experiments, lead magnets, and interactive CTAs that bridge viral views into inbound project discovery calls.

Requirements

• 2+ years of dedicated experience producing short-form video content with a demonstrated portfolio of viral reels or growth metrics.
• Fluency in agile video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or VN, with exceptional audio syncing and pacing instincts.
• Strong camera presence and communication skills, with ability to direct shoots, interview developers, or present on camera.
• Deep familiarity with Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn algorithms and B2B growth marketing fundamentals.
• Creative copywriting ability to write magnetic hooks, punchy on-screen captions, and engaging caption copy.
