Job summary

PSGL Technology Solutions seeks a passionate Content Creator to own the visual and written storytelling that introduces SwamiSeva to devotees worldwide and helps them feel the sanctity of every ritual before they book.

You will plan, shoot, and edit video content, capture temple and ritual imagery, write captions and blogs, and maintain brand voice across social channels, while collaborating with marketing and temple partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of content creation experience for social media, brands, or media production.
• Proficiency with video editing tools CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar, and basic photography skills.
• Culturally mindful with respect for Indian traditions and Vedic culture.
• Strong storytelling instincts for shareable and authentic content.
• Fluency in English with professional proficiency in at least one of Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu.

Responsibilities

• Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content for social platforms.
• Photography: Capture high-quality photos of homams, poojas, temples, and priests for website and social use.
• Storytelling: Write captions, scripts, and blog posts explaining ritual meanings for diverse audiences.

Our platform, SwamiSeva, is an innovative ecosystem designed to connect devotees worldwide with authentic Vedic rituals, from booking personalized homams performed by verified priests, to streaming the rituals live via WhatsApp/YouTube, to receiving sacred prasadam at their doorstep. Our mission is simple: Sacred Rituals, Delivered with Devotion. We are looking for a passionate, culturally attuned Content Creator to own the visual and written storytelling that introduces SwamiSeva to devotees across the globe, and helps them feel the sanctity of every ritual before they ever book one.

Responsibilities

• Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit short‑form and long‑form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ritual explainers, devotee testimonials) that captures the beauty and significance of Vedic rituals.
• Photography: Capture high‑quality photos of homams, poojas, temples, and priests for use across the website, app, and social channels.
• Storytelling: Write captions, scripts, and blog posts that explain the meaning behind rituals in a way that resonates with both traditional and modern audiences.
• Content Calendar: Plan and produce content around auspicious days (Ekadashi, Pournami, Amavasya) and major festivals, keeping the community engaged year‑round.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all platforms, ensuring content is respectful, authentic, and on‑brand.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams, as well as onboarded priests and temples, to source stories and coordinate shoots.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of experience creating content (video, photo, or written) for social media, brands, or a media production role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) and basic photography/camera skills (smartphone or DSLR).
• Culturally Mindful: Deep respect for, and a solid foundational understanding of, Indian traditions, festivals, and Vedic culture.
• Storytelling Instinct: A strong eye for visual composition and an ear for what makes a story shareable and authentic.
• Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English, alongside professional proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu.
• Willingness to Travel: Comfortable traveling locally to temples and ritual sites for shoots as needed.
