Job summary

way2news is seeking a content marketing professional to develop native language content across Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, and other languages. You will translate audience insights into engaging reels/scripts and ensure culturally respectful representation of Hindu rituals and traditions.

Role involves end-to-end content ownership, collaboration with design and marketing teams, and delivering both organic and paid content to drive engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, social media or advertising.
• Experience writing Reels/Shorts scripts.
• Understanding of customer personas and consumer psychology.
• Experience with devotional, spiritual, cultural or religious content.
• Familiarity with Hindu festivals, mythology, temples and traditions.
• Experience working with multilingual content teams.
• Basic understanding of Meta, YouTube and other social platforms.
• Working knowledge of AI tools for research, ideation and content workflows.
• Male is preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, video editors, Marketing, and Acquisition teams.
• Ensure Hindi quality, cultural sensitivity, brand consistency, and message accuracy.
• Create both organic and conversion-focused paid content to drive engagement, retention, and conversions.
• Adapt campaigns into natural, culturally relevant Hindi content rather than literal translations.
