Slate & Ink is a new-age stationery brand building visually appealing notebooks and office supplies. The Content Creator & Social Media Creative will craft a zero-base strategy, produce founder-led and product stories, and own the brand’s Instagram presence from Day 0.

Ideal candidates shoot on iPhone, edit Reels, design carousels, and generate ideas with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, and Photoshop while tracking performance to iterate quickly.

Content Creator & Social Media Creative at Slate & Ink

Slate & Ink is a new-age stationery brand built around a simple idea: stationery doesn’t have to be boring.

We’re creating functional, beautifully designed notebooks and office stationery that feel as much like a personal accessory as they do everyday stationery — making boring stationery more aesthetic, fun and expressive.

We’re currently at zero followers, zero posts and zero assumptions about what will work. And that’s exactly what makes this exciting.

We’re looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Creative to build the brand from zero.

What you’ll do

• Build our content strategy from zero — content pillars, formats, calendars and experiments.
• Create content end-to-end — ideate, script, shoot, edit and publish Reels, Stories, carousels and other social content.
• Work closely with the founder — create founder-led content, BTS content and product stories.
• Own our Instagram presence — from ideation and posting to community engagement.
• Stay on top of trends — identify relevant formats, hooks, sounds and content opportunities.
• Learn from the numbers — track performance, understand what works and continuously improve our content.

What we’re looking for

• You should be equally comfortable behind and in front of the camera, shooting on an iPhone, editing Reels, designing carousels and coming up with content ideas.
• We’re not looking for someone who simply executes briefs. We want someone who can look at a product, understand the brand and independently think:
• “How do we make people want to share this?”
• You should understand Instagram, Reels, hooks, trends, storytelling, basic analytics and content experimentation.
• Experience with CapCut/Premiere Pro, Canva/Figma/Photoshop and basic photography/videography is preferred.
• Most importantly, you should have taste, curiosity, speed and commercial thinking.
• You will be expected to create content from scratch, not just edit footage provided to you.
• Experience: 0–3 years
• Location: Ahmedabad
• Part-time / Full-time
• Compensation: ₹25,000–₹35,000/month, depending on experience and portfolio
