Job summary

Layerr is seeking a content creator to join the first marketing team in Mohali/Chandigarh. You’ll shoot reels and posts, shape Layerr’s voice, and ship quickly to gauge audience response.

Expect equity after 6 months, learning budget, weekly 1:1 with the founder, and public credit for work. This is a full-time role based in Mohali/Chandigarh.

Qualifications

• Experience creating short-form video for social platforms.
• Ability to shoot on a phone and edit the same day.
• Portfolio optional; taste matters.
• Any degree accepted.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit reels, carousels, and LinkedIn posts.
• Make Layerr’s product talk on social media.
• Develop Layerr’s voice on Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Ship fast and analyze results.

An AI carrier desk for US freight brokerages. Brokers spend all day on the phone with truckers: inbound calls, carrier lists, vetting, haggling. Our AI does all of it, and negotiates rates up to a ceiling the broker sets. Funded SaaS. Money in the bank, almost no marketing so far.

WHY SMALL IS THE POINT

At a big company you’d be Intern #47, editing someone else’s reel.

Here you’d be on our first marketing team. Your reel goes live in week one. A broker down the road watches it. If it works, you’ll know by Friday. If it doesn’t, you’ll know by Friday too.

WHAT YOU’D ACTUALLY DO

• Shoot and edit reels, short videos, carousels and LinkedIn posts that make a broker stop scrolling
• Turn a product nobody’s heard of into something brokers talk about at chai break
• Build Layerr’s voice on Instagram and LinkedIn from zero
• Ship fast, read the numbers, double down on what works

WHO YOU ARE

You know hooks, pacing and trends because you live on Instagram. You can shoot on a phone and edit the same day. You have taste, and you can show it. Any degree. Portfolio optional. Taste isn’t.
