Job summary

Origin in Bengaluru is seeking a fearless content strategist who will own our organic presence across YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and X. You’ll spot trends at 8pm, pitch hooks by 9, and post by tomorrow morning, delivering clips that earn views through compelling storytelling.

You’ll build authentic communities on Reddit, find a distinctive voice for the OTT/entertainment space, and work directly with the founders in a full-time role with true ownership and no approval chains.

Qualifications

• Ability to write hooks that stop someone mid-scroll
• Knowledge of current formats and trends across social platforms
• Proven experience growing at least one channel
• Understanding Reddit communities and adding value without bans
• Bilingual in Hindi and English

We make short, addictive microdramas. The kind people watch at 2am and cant stop. Viralo TV and Rigi TV are our two platforms - one subscription, one free-with-ads - and we're growing fast across India and the globe.

What this role actually is

You'll own our organic presence across YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and X. Not "manage content". Own it. That means you're the one spotting the trend at 8pm, pitching the hook by 9, and posting by tomorrow morning.

You'll repurpose our drama clips into content that earns views - not because we boosted it, but because it was actually good. You'll build real communities on Reddit. You'll find our voice on X and make it worth following.

You're probably the right person if

• You can write a hook that stops someone mid-scroll, without thinking too hard about it
• You know which format is peaking this week and which one peaked two weeks ago
• You've grown at least one channel or account from small to something people actually care about
• Reddit doesn't intimidate you - you know how communities work and how to add value without getting banned
• You're bilingual in Hindi and English, and you switch between them naturally depending on who you're talking to
