Rigi is hiring to own our organic presence across YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and X. You’ll spot trends, pitch hooks, repurpose clips, and build real communities.

This role offers high ownership with direct access to the founders. You’ll craft a voice that resonates in the entertainment space and grow audiences across platforms in a fast-growing Indian and global context.

Qualifications

• You can write a hook that stops someone mid-scroll.
• You know what's trending this week - and what peaked two weeks ago.
• You've grown at least one channel or account from small to something people care about.
• Reddit doesn't intimidate you - you understand communities and how to add value without getting banned.
• You're bilingual in Hindi and English and switch naturally depending on your audience.

You own our organic presence across YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and X.

You’ll spot trends, pitch hooks, repurpose drama clips into content that earns views organically, build real communities on Reddit, and develop a voice on X that's worth following.

This isn't "managing content." You own it.
