Nature of The Job
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Inside Sales Process Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously enhance training programs for our inside sales teams. This role will focus on new hire onboarding, process and product training, conceptual learning, and sales development programs. The trainer will be responsible for creating engaging training experiences, assessing training effectiveness, and supporting the sales team with tools and knowledge to consistently achieve performance goals.
JobPurpose
The primary purpose of the Inside Sales Process Trainer role is to enhance the effectiveness of the inside sales teams by delivering impactful training programs that build product knowledge, sales process expertise, and customer engagement skills.
The role ensures new hires are successfully onboarded and existing teams continuously improve on Process and Product. By identifying training needs, developing relevant content, and measuring outcomes, the trainer drives performance improvement, strengthens sales capability, and supports the organization in achieving its revenue and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Design and implement comprehensive training programs that effectively teach telesales and inside sales teams how to sell products and services.
Create Engaging Training Plans: Develop interactive and easy-to-follow training materials, plans, and playbooks tailored to business needs and learner profiles.
New Hire Training: Lead structured onboarding programs covering process, product, and sales effectiveness training for new hires.
Provide Ongoing Support: Offer continuous guidance to the telesales team, answering questions, providing expert coaching, and ensuring sales performance improvement.
Monitor and Assess Performance: Track training effectiveness, assess individual/team performance, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Training Needs Identification: Conduct needs assessments, analyze performance gaps, and recommend targeted training interventions.
Content Development: Collaborate with sales leaders and L&D teams to create or refine training materials, e-learning modules, and process documentation.
Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest sales techniques, industry innovations, and best practices, ensuring training content remains relevant and competitive.
Process & Capability Enhancement: Apply process improvement, adult learning principles, and innovative training techniques to maximize learning outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory)
Certifications in Sales and Training Facilitation.
Strong grounding in instructional design principles (assessment, development, evaluation).
Professional certifications (ATD, CPTD, DDI, Sales/Operational Methodology). Preferred

Experience
Essential: Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in sales with 5+ years in sales training, program facilitation, and development.
Good to Have:
Expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
Experience with eLearning tools, LMS platforms, and virtual training technologies.
Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training practices.
