Job summary

Flexing It in Mumbai is seeking an experienced SCM professional to develop sourcing strategies for solar modules, inverters, BESS, MMS, cables, transformers, SCADA and BoS. You will lead RFQ/RFP processes, techno-commercial evaluations, and high-value procurement negotiations.

You will analyze project BOMs, benchmark prices, optimize logistics and inventory, and drive supplier consolidation and strategic partnerships across domestic and international supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies for solar modules, inverters, BESS, MMS, cables, transformers, SCADA and BoS.
• Build relationships with Tier-1 OEMs/manufacturers.
• Lead RFQ/RFP, techno-commercial evaluation and negotiations.
• Supplier consolidation and volume procurement.
• Domestic/international price benchmarking.
• Analyze project BOM and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Reduce project CAPEX.
• Evaluate alternative technologies.
• Optimize logistics, warehousing and inventory.
• Drive value engineering and OEM/strategic partnerships.
• Solar modules: TOPCon, HJT, BC, Mono PERC, Bifacial, DCR/Non-DCR.
• Inverters: Central, String, Hybrid and Utility Scale.
• BESS: LFP, Sodium-Ion, Flow Batteries, Cell-to-Pack and battery supply chain.
• Track global module/cell pricing and supply-chain trends.
• Assess supplier capacity and risks.
• Develop supplier scorecards.
• Qualify new vendors and emerging technology providers.
• Manage relationships with module, inverter, battery, EPC, cable, transformer and
