Kailash Healthcare Ltd is urgently hiring for an experienced Consultant/Senior Consultant in Internal Medicine at Kailash Hospital & Neuro Institute, Sector 71, Noida. The role requires MBBS + MD(Medicine) with 4–10 years post MD, registration with NMC or State Medical Council, and strong clinical acumen to manage adults across OPD, IPD, Emergency and ICU where applicable.

Qualifications

• MD Medicine from an NMC-recognized institution.
• Valid NMC/State Medical Council registration.
• 4–10 years post MD experience.
• Strong clinical knowledge in Internal Medicine.
• Excellent diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and patient management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage adult patients with acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide consultation in OPD, IPD, Emergency and ICU as applicable.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation and guidelines.
• Interpret labs, ECGs, imaging, and other diagnostics for patient care.
• Lead daily ward rounds and monitor progression during hospitalization.
• Coordinate care with specialists and allied health professionals.
• Participate in NABH compliance, audits, CMEs, and academic activities.
• Contribute to emergency duties and rotational on-call shifts.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage adult patients presenting with acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Provide comprehensive consultation services in OPD, IPD, Emergency, and ICU (where applicable).
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluation, investigations, and evidence-based guidelines.
• Manage patients with diabetes, hypertension, respiratory diseases, infectious diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, renal disorders, endocrine disorders, and other medical illnesses.
• Interpret laboratory investigations, ECGs, X-rays, CT scans, MRI reports, and other diagnostic findings relevant to patient management.
• Stabilize and manage medical emergencies, including sepsis, metabolic emergencies, poisoning, and acute medical conditions.
• Perform routine bedside procedures within the scope of Internal Medicine practice.
• Coordinate patient care with specialists and allied healthcare professionals for multidisciplinary management.
• Conduct daily ward rounds and monitor patient progress throughout hospitalization.
• Provide pre-operative medical evaluation and optimization for surgical patients.
• Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, preventive healthcare, lifestyle modifications, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, prescriptions, discharge summaries, and electronic medical records.
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards, infection control practices, and hospital clinical protocols.
• Participate in emergency duties, rotational on‑call services, and code blue response when required.
• Contribute to departmental clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, CMEs, and academic activities.
• Uphold ethical medical practice, patient confidentiality, and professional standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• MD Medicine from an NMC‑recognized institution.
• Valid NMC/State Medical Council registration.
• Minimum 4 to 10 years (Post MD experience)
• Strong clinical knowledge in Internal Medicine and evidence‑based patient care.
• Excellent diagnostic, clinical decision‑making, and patient management skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Willingness to participate in emergency duties and rotational shifts.
