Yatharth Super Speciality Hospitals in India seeks an Internal Medicine physician to diagnose and manage adult patients with acute and chronic conditions across OPD, IPD, Emergency, and ICU settings. You will develop individualized treatment plans, interpret tests, stabilize emergencies, and lead ward rounds while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold an MD in Internal Medicine with valid NMC/State registration and have up to 5 years post-qualification experience.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage adult patients presenting with acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Provide comprehensive consultation services in OPD, IPD, Emergency, and ICU (where applicable).
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluation, investigations, and evidence-based guidelines.
• Manage patients with diabetes, hypertension, respiratory diseases, infectious diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, renal disorders, endocrine disorders, and other medical illnesses.
• Interpret laboratory investigations, ECGs, X-rays, CT scans, MRI reports, and other diagnostic findings relevant to patient management.
• Stabilize and manage medical emergencies, including sepsis, metabolic emergencies, poisoning, and acute medical conditions.
• Perform routine bedside procedures within the scope of Internal Medicine practice.
• Coordinate patient care with specialists and allied healthcare professionals for multidisciplinary management.
• Conduct daily ward rounds and monitor patient progress throughout hospitalization.
• Provide pre-operative medical evaluation and optimization for surgical patients.
• Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, preventive healthcare, lifestyle modifications, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, prescriptions, discharge summaries, and electronic medical records.
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards, infection control practices, and hospital clinical protocols.
• Participate in emergency duties, rotational on-call services, and code blue response when required.
• Contribute to departmental clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, CMEs, and academic activities.
• Uphold ethical medical practice, patient confidentiality, and professional standards.
