Job summary

aecc india seeks a Consultant/Senior Consultant to assist students with the easy, hassle-free application and paperwork processing for education abroad. You will guide them through eligibility, country and university selection, and visa documentation, ensuring end-to-end support.

You will also mentor fellow counsellors on product knowledge and assist the Team Leader and Branch Manager in client meetings, events, and team-building initiatives, requiring excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years counselling experience preferably in the education industry.
• Strong knowledge of destination and local education systems.
• Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Visible orientation towards high quality service as part of work ethics.
• Computer skills including Word and Excel; familiarity with CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle student walk-ins and provide end-to-end consultancy for studying abroad.
• Understand students' eligibility and suggest suitable country, course and university/college.
• Provide information on admission and visa documentation and other requirements.
• Manage admission processes from case filing to visa filing and student updates.
• Stay updated with policy changes for destination countries.
• Follow up with students after visits and ensure closure.
• Prepare MIS reports as required by management.
• 5 days working; support management.

We are looking for a Consultant and Senior Consultant to help our students in the easy or hassle-free application or paperwork processing for their education seeking placement in international institutions. You will also be responsible for mentoring, providing training to fellow counsellors on product knowledge and supporting their ongoing professional development. This role will be working closely with the Team Leader and the Branch Manager to provide necessary support in client meetings, office related events, team building initiatives, etc. Excellent communication skills are essential.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling student walk-ins for effectively address their queries regarding Studying abroad and provide comprehensive consultancy with end-to-end solution.
• Attain complete understanding of Students eligibility & suggest the most appropriate Country, Course and University/College.
• Provide detailed and accurate information regarding Admission and Visa documentation and other mandatory requirements.
• Responsibly handle all aspects of Admission process from Case filing with university, updating the students through regular communication, Visa application filing and address to any student query.
• Stay updated with all changes in policies, procedures & requirements for destination countries.
• Follow up with the potential students post their visit and ensure effective closure.
• Capable of preparing MIS reports as required by Management.
