Job summary

Deloitte & Touche GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Consultant | SDET Engineer to join our Quality Engineering team. You will design, build and maintain API & service automation frameworks (REST/gRPC) and test microservices end-to-end, driving quality across releases.

You will integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), perform RCA and defect triage, and collaborate with backend, cloud and IoT engineering groups to deliver

Qualifications

• 6+ years SDET/QA Automation experience with strong Java/Python programming skills.
• Experience testing microservices and Java-based APIs.
• Strong knowledge of API testing, service contracts, integration flows, and mocks/stubs.
• Strong knowledge of Playwright locators, waits, assertions, and debugging techniques.
• Experience with fixtures, hooks, reusable components, and test data management.

Responsibilities
