Job summary

E Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on SDET Quality Engineer with 5+ years of experience in BFSI domain, functional, web, mobile, API and automation testing. You will define test strategies, build test plans and data, and drive QE metrics while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires expertise in SAFe Agile, Git, CI/CD, JIRA, and GenAI awareness. You will mentor juniors and contribute to quality improvements and efficiency gains in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SDET/QE and software testing.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in BFSI/Banking with products such as UPI, Cards, Payments, Wallets, Deposits, Loans, Investments, Onboarding, etc.
• Strong expertise in Functional Manual, Web, Mobile, API, Integration and Regression Testing.
• Hands-on experience in Automation Testing using Java/Python, Selenium or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of SDET and TDD frameworks.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and automation integration.
• Good understanding of test environments, infrastructure, GCP logs and troubleshooting.
• Experience working in SAFe Agile environments.
• Ability to create Test Strategy, Test Plans, test cases, test data, estimations and QE metrics.
• Experience driving quality initiatives, automation improvements and efficiency gains.
• Strong experience with JIRA boards, dashboards, management reports and defect triage.
• Good understanding of AI/GenAI concepts, conversational banking and AI adoption in QE.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate with QE, Engineering, Product and Management stakeholders.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
