Flexing It identifies a consultant to drive CAPEX optimization for India's leading private equity-backed retail expansion. The role focuses on reviewing BOQs, benchmarking prices, and guiding cost-effective store specifications while preserving brand and customer experience.

The position is part-time with a hybrid work model (2 days work from home, 3 days in office) based in Mumbai, for a 3-month term with possible extension, supporting 1,500–2,000 sq. ft. and 3,000+ sq. ft. stores.

• Identify and connect with suitable vendors/suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Support cost optimization for stores of 1,500–2,000 sq. ft. and 3,000+ sq. ft.
• Advise on cost-effective solutions for multiple store openings.

Our client, India's leading private equity firm, is looking to engage with an experienced Consultant - Retail Store CAPEX Optimization to help optimize store setup costs as we expand our retail network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review existing BOQs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Benchmark current prices and identify CAPEX reduction opportunities.
• Optimize store specifications without affecting brand image or customer experience.
• Identify savings across: Civil & Interiors, furniture, VM & Signage, ACs, TVs & Lighting
• Identify and connect with suitable vendors/suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Support cost optimization for stores of 1,500–2,000 sq. ft. and 3,000+ sq. ft.
• Advise on cost-effective solutions for multiple store openings.
